Tips
- For a rosemary potato side dish - On a parchment-lined baking sheet, combine quartered yellow-fleshed potatoes, a generous amount of olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, lemon zest, fleur de sel and ground pepper. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 400°F and serve.
- Store in a dry place away from light for several months.
