Tips
- For an infusion, use 1 to 2 stems per cup, to taste. Place the mountain tea stems in a pot of boiling water, then turn down the heat to minimum. Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. Filter and enjoy plain or with honey and fresh lemon juice.
- Store in a dry place away from light for several months.
