Return to store policy



You have 15 days from the day of your order to exchange merchandise. We won’t proceed to any refund. However, a store credit will be given to you when you come in store. You must have your receipt with your merchandise so that we can proceed.

Please note: All the returned articles must be in their original packaging and in good condition to be exchanged. No return or exchange will be provided on furniture, earings, promotions, articles on sale, every gourmet item (chocolates, candies, oils, spreadings, sauces, etc…) and on any articles in liquidation.
