For an online purchase

Changed your mind? Easily obtain a credit note or exchange your items. You have 15 days from the reception of your package to make a return or an exchange. No refunds accepted, credit notes and exchanges only.

Free returns in store
You can return your items for free in the store of your choice. See here for our stores across Quebec.

Returns by mail
If you change your mind, you can easily return items that no longer suit you by mail. Postage is at the customer's expense. We will then be able to issue you a credit note, valid for your next online purchases.

Claim for a damaged item
Please note that we pack all packages with the utmost care. If you still receive damaged item(s), we invite you to fill out our claim form right here.


For an in-store purchase

Changed your mind? Easily obtain a credit note or exchange your items. You have 15 days from the date of purchase. No refunds accepted, credit notes and exchanges only.

In-store purchases can only be returned in-store. You may return items to any of our locations free of charge.


Conditions and exceptions

Conditions
All merchandise eligible for return must be in its original packaging and in good resale condition.

Exceptions
Some products are excluded from our return policy: furniture, earrings, gourmet products, liquidation items, Oleka canvas. These items are not exchangeable and are not eligible for a credit note.


How to make a return?


In store
In-store returns are simple and free. To make an in-store return, simply visit any of our locations. Simply bring the item you wish to return and your invoice (printed or electronic). Click here for all our locations.


By Mail
Please note that shipping costs for returns by mail are charged to the customer.

Here are the steps to follow for an easy return by mail:

1- Pack your package in the original packaging, in good condition;
2- Fill out the return label request form below;
3- Attach the return label to the package;
4- Ship the package.
