Extended returns

Following the closure of stores from December 25 to February 8, all purchases made from December 10 can be returned until Wednesday, Frebruary 17, 2011.

For a purchase made online

Have you changed your mind? Easily get a credit score or exchange your items. You have 15 days from receipt of your package to make a return or exchange. No refunds are accepted, credit notes and exchanges only.

Free in-store returns

You can return your items free of charge to the store of your choice. See our 10 branches across Quebec here.

Returns by mail

If you change your mind, you can easily return items that no longer suit you by mail. Postage costs are at the customer’s expense. We can then issue you a credit note, valid for your future online purchases. Simply complete the form further down on this page to obtain your return label.

Please note that we pack all packages with the utmost care. If you still receive damaged item(s), we invite you to complete our claim form right here.

Purchases made in store can only be returned in store. You can return items to any of our stores, free of charge.

Conditions and exceptions

Conditions

All merchandise being eligible for a return must be in its original packaging and in good condition for resale.

Exceptions

Certain products are excluded from our return policy: furniture, earrings, gourmet products, clearance items, Oleka fabrics. These items are not exchangeable and are not eligible for a credit score.

How to make a return?

In store

Returns in store are simple and free. To make a return to the store, simply go to any of our stores. Simply bring the item you wish to return and your invoice (printed or electronic). Click here for all our locations.

By mail

Please note that shipping costs for returns by post are charged to the customer.

Here are the steps to follow for an easy return by mail:

  1. Pack your package in the original packaging, in good condition
  2. Complete the return label request form below
  3. Stick the return label on the package
  4. Ship the package
