Ceramic cruet – Extra virgin green olive oil
This extra virgin green olive oil is made from cold-pressed olives the day they are picked. It contains less than 0.3% acidity and settles naturally for 2 months. This process allows better removal of residues that interfere with quality cooking. Green with golden reflections, with a strong and frank scent of olive and greenery, it also exudes a slightly peppery taste. Perfect as a salad enhancer for a salad with cooking: fish, grilled meat, pasta, vegetables and stir-fries.
