Customer service is important to us, we want your online shopping experience to be as simple as possible. You can contact our customer service at any time and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Holiday policies

Please note that orders placed during the holiday season will have an additional lead time for returns. Items will be exchangeable or refundable by credit note until January 5, 2021 or up to 15 days after purchase.

15 days to return your items

You change your mind? You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your goods. We do not issue refunds. However, a credit note will be issued to you. In this case, you will need your sales invoice and all returned items must be in their original packaging and in good condition for resale. *Certain products are excluded from this policy, see the section “Clarification on certain products” below.

Return in-store or by mail

You can return your items for free in store or by returning your items by mail. Please note that for returns by mail, the customer must pay the shipping costs to make the return. *Certain products are excluded from this policy, see the section “Details on certain products” below.

How do I return an item by mail?

To return an item by mail, simply return the item (s) in their original packaging. Contact us at the following address to receive the return label: commandeweb@boutiquekozy.ca. Note that you will have to pay the shipping costs for the return.

Clarification on certain products

No returns or exchanges on furniture, earrings, discount items, merchandise on sale, Oleka canvases and gourmet products (chocolate, candy, oils, spreads, sauces, etc.)

 
Frequently Asked Questions

If you have changed your mind about an item and want to return it to the store, a credit note will be issued. There is no charge for returns you make in store, simply bring your merchandise within 15 days of the date of receipt and a credit note will be made to you in store. If you wish to make a return online at your expense (by post), we will send you a return label and a credit note will be given to you electronically in the form of a promotional code after receipt and verification of the goods received. We do not accept any refund. *Except for the products mentioned previously in the section “Clarification of certain products”.

Important: In-store credit notes only work in stores, and online credit notes only online. It is possible to transfer a store credit note to a credit note online, simply contact us at the following address: commandeweb@boutiquekozy.ca.

If you have received broken merchandise, you can contact us at the following address: commandeweb@boutiquekozy.ca. Just provide us with your order number and the damaged item. We will contact you to make an exchange. The replacement is free and a new item will be sent to your home as soon as we receive the damaged item. You can also come to the store to make an exchange. Please note that you have 15 days from the date of receipt to claim a broken product.
