Please note that any delivered merchandise must be returned in store ( at the customer’s expense). In case of broken merchandise in transportation or error in the order, it will be our pleasure to resend merchandise the fastest we can. If, however you change idea, you have 15 days from the day you buy it to exchange your merchandise in store. We will not proceed to any refund. However, when in store for your return, we will give you a store credit. Where applicable, we will need the receipt and all the returned merchandise must be in their original packaging and in good quality. No return or exchange will be provided on furniture, earings, promotions, articles on sale, every gourmet item (chocolates, candies, oils, spreadings, sauces, etc…) and on any articles in liquidation.

I’ve received broken items, what should I do?
If you’ve received broken merchandise you can communicate with us here: firstname.lastname@example.org. Simply give us your order number and tell us which article(s) is(are) broken in your order and we will get back to you shortly for a replacement. The replacement is free, we will send the new article as soon as we’ve received the broken one. You could also come in store to proceed. Please take note that you have a 15 days delay, from the day you’ve received the items, to redeem an exchange for a broken article.
I’ve changed ideas towards an article, what should I do?
If you’ve changed ideas towards an article and you wish to return it, a store credit will be given to you. There will be no return fee for returns proceeded in store, simply bring your merchandise and receipts in the 15 days following the reception of your items and a store credit will be given to you. However, if you want to proceed to an online return, we will send you a return sticker. Store credit will be issued online as a promotional code after we’ve received and verified your merchandise. We do not offer a refund.
Please note store credit made in-store only work in stores and store credit issued online can only be used online. It is possible to transfer a store credit to an online store credit by simply communicate with us at the following address: email@example.com
