When you make a return, we can make an exchange if the item is damaged or make a in-store credit if you have changed your mind. The in-store credit is valid for life. You must make sure to keep it, even if we make a copy for security. Only a few exceptions are not returnable for sanitary reasons such as earrings, hats and consumer items. Others articles, like Oleka canvases, are non-returnable because the canvases are custom made. You can always ask in store before making a transaction to make sure.
No, for purchases made for Christmas gifts we will extend our return policies until January 4 of the following year. During the period, we will add the mention Christmas present to your invoice.
