Holiday policies

Please note that orders placed during the holiday season will have an additional lead time for returns. Items will be exchangeable or refundable by credit note until January 5, 2021 or up to 15 days after purchase.

15 days to return your items

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your items to the store with your invoice. Returns are made in the form of a in-store credit or exchange according to the customer's request. In-store credit are valid for life. *Certain products are excluded from this policy, see the “Non-returnable items” section below.

Products must be in good condition

All returned items must be in the original packaging and in good condition for resale to be accepted. In addition, for fragile items (eg. wine glasses, vases, pots, etc.) we always check their condition before you purchase those items.

Returns possible in any store

No matter which store you purchased the product from, you can return your items to any store at any time. *Certain products are excluded from this policy, see the “Non-returnable items” section below.

Non-returnable items

No returns or exchanges on earrings, discount items, merchandise on liquidation, Oleka canvases and gourmet products (chocolate, candy, oils, spreads, sauces, etc.)

Frequently Asked Questions

When you make a return, we can make an exchange if the item is damaged or make a in-store credit if you have changed your mind. The in-store credit is valid for life. You must make sure to keep it, even if we make a copy for security. You can also scan or take a photo of your credit to make sure to not lose it. *Certain products are non-returnable, see the “Non-returnable items” section above.

Only a few exceptions are not returnable for sanitary reasons such as earrings, hats and consumer items. Others articles, like Oleka canvases, are non-returnable because the canvases are custom made. You can always ask in store before making a transaction to make sure.

No, for purchases made for Christmas gifts we will extend our return policies until January 4 of the following year. During the period, we will add the mention Christmas present to your invoice. You can request it from the cashier however, during this period we ask it to all customers in order to facilitate returns if necessary. *Certain products are non-returnable, see the “Non-returnable items” section above.
