Important information regarding delivery times
The current deadlines for all of our carriers are 3 to 7 working days. Deadlines are subject to change without notice and we have no control over the delivery times of our carriers. To ensure you receive your order on time before the holidays, we recommend ordering by December 14th. This way, there is a very high chance that the order will arrive on time.
Use Free In-Store Pickup, it’s the fastest way to get your items in time for the holidays.
Order your items online and they will be delivered within 3-5 business days by post. Please note that orders are only shipped Monday through Friday.
Pay directly for your items online and choose the store you want to pick them up from. We will notify you when your items are ready to be picked up in store.

For in-store pickup, you will receive an email and a phone call from the store when your order is ready to be picked up. Check your email and voice mailbox. Otherwise, contact your nearest store or contact us at the following address for assistance: firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not want your package to be left at your home if you are not present. If the package is marked as delivered, it can be:
- At the nearest post office
- Drop off in your post office box
- Have been accepted by another person who lives at the same address as you
