Delivery and Picking

Important information regarding delivery times

The current deadlines for all of our carriers are 3 to 7 working days. Deadlines are subject to change without notice and we have no control over the delivery times of our carriers. To ensure you receive your order on time before the holidays, we recommend ordering by December 14th. This way, there is a very high chance that the order will arrive on time.

Use Free In-Store Pickup, it’s the fastest way to get your items in time for the holidays.

Home delivery

Order your items online and they will be delivered within 3-5 business days by post. Please note that orders are only shipped Monday through Friday.

In-store picking

Pay directly for your items online and choose the store you want to pick them up from. We will notify you when your items are ready to be picked up in store.

Our shipping policies

Fast delivery

Packages are delivered in 3 to 5 working days everywhere in Quebec. We use different carriers to deliver the package as quickly as possible. We work with Canada Post, Purolator and Dicom.

Track your package quickly

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email. You will receive it when your package has been collected by Canada Post, Purolator or Dicom at our warehouse.

Products delivered by our partners

Some products are marked: "Delivered by". These products are delivered directly by our suppliers in order to offer you a greater choice as well as free and fast delivery.

You are not at home? No problem.

If you have missed your delivery, you can pick up your package at your nearest post office or drop-off point.

Our reservation policies

Orders ready in 24 hours

We are committed to preparing orders as quickly as possible. If we have a problem with the availability of certain items, we will contact you to advise you of the additional delay.

Pick up your order quickly

When you arrive in store, all you have to do is mention your order to one of our advisers. We will give you your order.

For in-store pickup, you will receive an email and a phone call from the store when your order is ready to be picked up. Check your email and voice mailbox. Otherwise, contact your nearest store or contact us at the following address for assistance: commandeweb@boutiquekozy.ca

We do not want your package to be left at your home if you are not present. If the package is marked as delivered, it can be:

  1. At the nearest post office
  2. Drop off in your post office box
  3. Have been accepted by another person who lives at the same address as you
